Our assembly and fulfillment procedures assure earlier steps of packaging production come together to create the perfect end product. Our highly trained, dedicated, and expandable staff follows strict inventory and Quality guidelines when handling each of the components that make up your finished goods. We've the flexibility to work multiple shifts and weekends if deemed necessary to meet tight deadlines.

• Each project begins with written assembly instructions and a detail bill of material.
  
• Pre-production samples or mock-ups are created from these instructions and presented to the customer for sign off.
  
• Individual components that are off specifications are set aside and logged in so only quality components are packed into your finished product.
  
• Shift and project manager performs quality inspections on completed kits at the end if the assembly line to assure compliance is met.
  
• Finished kits are tagged, palletized and stored for accurate inventory control.
  
• A final reconciliation report of unused/damaged products, packaging components and packed finished goods is forwarded to the customer for review.
